Taxi Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment:
- • All taxi bookings must be made in advance, either through our website, app, or customer service.
- • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.
- • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash.
2. Pick-up and Drop-off:- • The customer is responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off locations.
- • Any changes to the pick-up or drop-off locations must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
3. Passenger Conduct:- • Passengers must adhere to all local laws and regulations during the ride.
- • Smoking, eating, and drinking alcohol are not allowed in the vehicle.
- • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
- • Drivers are required to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- • Passengers should feel free to provide feedback about their experience to help improve our service.
5. Liability:- • Our company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the ride.
- • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Insurance:- • All vehicles are covered by standard insurance policies, including third-party liability.
- • Passengers are advised to have their own insurance coverage for personal belongings.
7. Changes to Terms:- • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- • Any changes will be communicated to passengers prior to their booking.
